Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Consultation Fee & Deposit
A $600 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is collected at the time of booking and secures dedicated attorney time.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules may change. However, because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy will apply to your meeting:
More than 48 hours’ notice:
You will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment:
A $250 cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-shows (missed appointment without notice):
The full $600 fee will be retained.
Rescheduling
We aim to be flexible while also protecting attorney availability. The following rescheduling policy will apply to your meeting:
One reschedule is permitted at no cost, provided notice is given prior to your appointment.
After one reschedule, any further changes to your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.
Application of Fee
If you retain our firm on the date of your consultation, the consultation fee may be credited toward your legal services, at the firm’s discretion.
