Public Transportation
Mercer County is well known throughout the state of New Jersey for its variety of public transportation options.
In other words, if you live here you don’t have to worry about how you’ll get around. Even if you don’t own a vehicle, there are plenty of ways to get to and from work, school, and anywhere else you need to be.
For example, Mercer County is home to several New Jersey transit stations, including Princeton Junction, Hamilton, and Trenton on the popular Northeast Corridor Line. This is in addition to Princeton, which is part of the Princeton Branch.
Additionally, SEPTA provides rail service to Philadelphia from both Trenton and West Trenton.
For those who need to fly in and out of the area, Mercer County is home to Trenton-Mercer Airport, which offers flights on Frontier Airlines to destinations all over the United States.
