About Adam Rubin
Adam D. Rubin is a partner with the law firm.
Adam completed his undergraduate studies in Sports Management at the University of Michigan, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree by the University of Miami School of Law. He also received a Certificate of Specialization in International Taxation and served as president of the Tax Law Society. He continued his legal education at the University of Miami and received a Master of Laws in Taxation.
Adam is an active member in the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Before joining Levine, Furman & Rubin, Adam was an associate attorney with a Bergen County boutique law firm which focused on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. His experience also includes pro bono work with the Treasury Section (Taxation Division) of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey. Adam is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Adam is included in the 2019, 2020 and 2021 Super Lawyers List of “Rising Stars,” published by New Jersey Monthly*, of which only 2.5% of attorneys in New Jersey are named.
Adam is a board member of the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and he is also a member of the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI).
Since joining our firm, Adam has gained a reputation as an engaging and energetic speaker. He has spoken before numerous legal and accounting professionals as well as civic groups and professional organizations on Tax, Estate Planning and Elder Law issues.
Adam is a New Jersey native who grew up down the Jersey Shore, which he still frequents in the summertime. He currently lives in Monmouth County with his family.
