About Toni Mastrota

Toni is the Director of Operations and Business Development at Levine, Furman & Rubin, LLC.

Toni joined our firm as a marketing intern in January 2016. She graduated from Rutgers Business School with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing in January 2017 and became the Marketing Director at Levine, Furman & Rubin. She has a passion for statistics and enjoyed bringing innovative marketing ideas to the firm. As the manager of the firm, she has taken her role to a new level and has set many goals for the future.

Before working for our firm, she worked for Allstate Insurance Company, the Rutgers Business School Office of Career Management, and the Rutgers school newspaper.

She is involved in multiple charitable programs, as giving back to the community is very important to her. Toni served on the Alzheimer’s Association Walk Committee for the Mercer County Walk for the past three years. She is a trained volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association and has conducted monthly Caregiver Support Groups. She has been involved with the GRACE Foundation on Staten Island for over a decade to help bring resources to children with Special Needs.

Toni was born and raised in Staten Island, where she currently lives with her family.
